Two people, one address
We build Appointomat together: the code, the replies to practices and the decisions about what gets built next. This page is about why that is worth knowing before you create an account.
Where this comes from
The code is written by Nikita Cherevko - fourteen years as a backend engineer in logistics, ecommerce, fintech and pricing systems, where the number has to be right because a mistake costs somebody money.
A calendar is the same problem on a smaller scale. Two people cannot hold the same hour, a reminder that has gone out does not go out twice, and an hour taken in your other calendar does not appear on a public page.
Here a double booking is refused by the database itself. That is why you can trust this calendar at five on a Friday without checking it again just in case.
Built beside a real practice
The first version was built beside a single-practitioner physiotherapy practice with a full schedule, which had the problem then and has it today. That practice decided what the first version does.
A real practice tells you what is actually tiresome on a Thursday evening. Every practice that joins moves the order of the plan - that is how what comes next gets decided.
How we work with you
Support without intermediaries
Questions come to the address on this page, through the form or from the console, and we answer them ourselves, without passing your case on.
Answered by someone who knows the whole system
The person who writes the code also answers the questions, so the answer is about your practice from the first reply.
We fix defects in the code
If any step needs you to contact us, we treat it as a defect in the product and fix it in the code.
Data and cancellation
You export each patient with their visits to a file at any time, without asking. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, with no notice period, and the export works until the last day.
Getting in touch
Email is fastest. LinkedIn works too, if you would rather see who you are talking to first.
Start with your own week
Create an account, enter your working hours, and decide when new patients may book. The first 30 days are free, with no card.
