What already works, and what comes next
One list, two parts. At the bottom, what went live, with a date. At the top, what does not exist yet - in an order that can move: practices from the first year decide what gets built next.
Four things that do not exist yet
None of these works today, and the order can change. If one matters more to you, write - practices from the first year move that order.
- Planned, not built yet
A booking limit after no-shows
After a set number of no-shows the patient's link stops showing free slots and asks them to call. They stay your patient, and the hour stops disappearing without warning.
- Planned, not built yet
A hold on the card
A hold, not a deposit: the money does not change hands. You set one percentage of the visit price for the whole practice - zero means off - and the system holds that amount shortly before the visit and releases it when the patient arrives. It is only taken when they do not.
- Planned, not built yet
A whole-practice export in one file
Today you export patient by patient. It should be one file with the whole practice - patients, visits, services, hours - so that leaving takes one click and nothing else.
- Planned, not built yet
Deleting the practice account yourself
Today deleting the whole account takes a message. It should be a button in Settings, with a window in which it can be undone.
What went live, with a date
Newest first. The date is the day the thing started working in production.
Practice profession and starter services
At sign-up you give your profession, and Appointomat suggests typical services to tick - saved with one button.
An email for every online booking
A booking from the booking page arrives by email for the person the visit is with, or for the owner if that person has no login. Anyone can switch it off in Settings → Notifications.
The booking page on Google by service and town
With a short description the page goes into Google, and its search-result title is built from the practice's services and city - a patient can find it with a search like "physiotherapy Wieliczka".
Team invitations and Help & feedback
You invite a colleague by email: the link works for 7 days, and joining is one click. The console also has Help & feedback - the message knows which screen you are writing from.
A patient record with message history
Date of birth on every patient, and a Messages tab with every text and email sent to them.
Logins for the team
Everyone on the team signs in with their own account, under one of three roles - owner, practitioner, front desk - which decides what they may change.
Visits moved and resized on the calendar
Drag a visit by 15 or 5 minutes, change its length, and book a span you marked on the day. The calendar key is behind a button, and colour on a card means "look here".
Paid plans with a 30-day trial
Solo, Team and Clinic can be chosen when creating the account and in Settings. The first 30 days need no card.
New patients online: not at all, in chosen hours, or always
Working hours say when you work; a separate setting says who may book. Your own patients and the waiting list get the whole schedule. Plus alternating weeks and a day entered as "8 to 12, then 13 to 16".
A patient record with tabs
Visits, the waiting list and details on separate tabs, and a note pinned to the patient visible in the header right away.
Joining the waiting list from the booking page
When no slot suits, the page offers the waiting list. The request waits until you accept it, and only then gets offers.
A no-show as one click
A visit nobody marked closes as held. You mark a no-show yourself, the patient's counter goes up, and a mistake can be undone for a week.
The booking page in English and German
In the practice's language by default, in the patient's on request. The same day, every plan's SMS allowance went onto the pricing page.
The booking page for a clinic
Service categories, a description per service, and a choice of practitioner when there are several. With one, no extra step.
The booking page, rebuilt
Service, time and details in three steps, with a week calendar instead of a flat list of hours.
Logo, description and photo on the booking page
A practice adds a description, a city, a logo, and a portrait and title for each practitioner. The palette is one for every practice - the one thing the page does not let you change.
SMS live
Confirmations, reminders and waiting-list offers go by real text message, from a server in Ireland. Email has worked since September 22.
Closing gaps
A free hour between two visits goes to the patient booked later as a question whether they would rather come earlier. Switched on separately in Settings.
Account sign-up and patient import from CSV
You create the account yourself; the wizard asks three things. Patients come in from a file, with column mapping, and nobody gets a message in the process.
Calendar, booking page, waiting list and Statistics
Day and week, booking and rescheduling, a canceled hour offered down the waiting list, a public booking page, and Statistics with recovered hours and the no-show rate.
Start with your own week
Create an account, enter your working hours, and decide when new patients may book. The first 30 days are free, with no card.
