You can create an account yourself in two minutes. Write if, before that, you want to know whether it fits your practice, whether your patients can be pulled out of whatever you use today, and exactly what a patient sees - or if you already use it and something is broken.

"Can I bring my patients across from my system?"
Usually yes, if it will export a list to CSV. Tell us what you use - we will check and write back about whether it works before you try it.
"Will this replace my medical records?"
It can sit beside it or take the record over. A physiotherapy practice in Poland can keep its medical record here - it is switched on by request, from the account settings. Reporting medical events to P1 is not there yet, so until it is, the system that sends them is still needed. Write and say what you use today - we will reply with what can move.
"I have more than one practitioner"
The Team plan covers up to three practitioners, Clinic up to six. Above that, we agree the price with the practice - write in with how many practitioners you have and what a week looks like.
