What it works with

Four things, and none of them needs anybody from IT.

Busy time from your calendar

Google, Outlook, iCloud or the calendar in your records system - over an ICS address. Appointomat reads only the time intervals from it, not titles or attendees.

Patients from a CSV file

From whatever you use today. The import screen asks which column is which, and sends nobody anything.

A link in your Google Maps listing

The booking page has its own address, which you paste into the listing, onto your site or into a text signature. No plugin and no embedding.

Email and SMS

Confirmations go by email, or by SMS to patients without an email address. Reminders and waiting-list offers go by SMS to patients with a phone number and by email to the rest. The patient answers through a link.

Your channel, your payments

New patients come through your channel

Your booking page is public and new patients can arrive through it - they find it where you put the link, which is where people already look for you. Appointomat runs no directory of practices and takes no commission on a visit.

Payment stays between you and the patient

Patients pay you the way they do today; the only payment through the system is your subscription. One thing is on the plan - a hold on a card against no-shows - and it will stay off until you switch it on.

Start with your own week

Create an account, enter your working hours, and decide when new patients may book. The first 30 days are free, with no card.
