30 days free, no card
Every paid plan starts with 30 days free, counted from the day you create the account - the end date is in your settings from day one. If you give no card after that, the account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted and there is nothing to cancel.
The founding rate - until December 31, 2026
An account created before the end of 2026 keeps its plan's price for good, as long as it stays on that plan. The date is in the terms, and the rate is recorded against the account.

Questions about the price
Do SMS reminders cost extra?
No, SMS is included. A plan counts visits, not messages: Solo reminds by SMS for up to 200 visits a month, Team 400, Clinic 800. Past the limit nothing is blocked and nothing is added to your bill: reminders keep going by SMS for a while, then by email, and the console lists patients without an email address to be called.
Do patient payments go through the system?
Not today. Settling up with a patient stays outside the system, and there is no commission on a visit and never will be. The only payment that goes through is your own subscription: by card once a month, with an invoice for every payment.
What happens after 50 visits on the Free plan?
You can switch to Solo in your account settings - a paid plan has no visit limit and starts with 30 days free. Without a switch, no further visit can be booked until the end of the month, and the count starts again on the first day of the next. Visits already booked stay as they are.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, at any time, in your account settings. Canceling takes effect at the end of the paid month, with no fee. The account then moves to the Free plan - your schedule and patients stay.
Can I bring my patients over from my current software?
Yes. Most records software exports its patient list to a CSV file. You upload it, and the import screen asks which column is the name, the phone and the email - the file does not need any particular format.
Where is patient data stored?
In the European Union: the database in Belgium, text messages sent from Ireland, email from France. The data processing agreement is published in full, and any patient's data can be exported at any time.
